Conceptual Urban-Architectural Design of Block A1 | Phase 1 3rd Prize, International Competition This project marks the foundational phase of the Velje Brdo residential development in Podgorica. Stretching across 61,356 m², the "Novi grad na brdu" proposal establishes a sustainable Mediterranean urban model. The design uses a podium system to navigate the site's topography and balance infrastructure with residential life. At its core is a "Green Matrix," a continuous promenade designed to function as the urban lungs of the new district.
